What does FamilyCare offer? In order to receive these services your parent/guardian MUST fill out the consent form. If you need a consent form, stop by our office to pick one up!
Medical Services: sports physicals, check-ups, sick visits, COVID- flu- strep testing, Tylenol/Ibuprofen & other over the counter medications, immunizations, etc.
Therapy Services: We offer therapy services with a licensed therapist.
Hours: 8am-4pm

Derrick Gibson (Therapist): Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday
Dawn Grigsby (Nurse Practitioner): Tuesday & Thursday
